Heist teams
Heist teams are developed and prepared to be more or less ready by the time heists release. A heist team is set up so that it functions as an active group under an officer that previously done the heist with other officers. This is to create an effective and dynamic group that know each other, their strengths, weakenesses and Thus forth. This also allow the individual member to try and fit it with his or her timezone so that they can fit it in proper rather than being excluded. To be part of a heist team YOU MUST PASS THE INITIATION AND BE A SOLDATO/REPRESENTATIVE!
Below is an example.

Allow me to explain.
First up, you got a Heist team name. This is commonly dependant on when a team is created. This is for each officer to simply write 'Heist team <Callsign>, we are on from 16:00 CET' and then that team know that something will occure. Each team have an officer (Caporegime or up) as lead with his speciality mentioned after his name. That is to show what he specialize in when doing tasks. Since Alpha have the leader as a cracker, only one spare safecracker is needed.
Spare?
Correct! Each heist team is meant to be a fluent unit but should not suffer from a single member going on vacation or the likes. As a result, each team have two people that are both 'chooseable' dependant. If both are on, they can get other roles but they have a primary specialization field that they practice whenever possible.
So why only one spare?
While some (Or most) heists will be capable of supporting about six to eight players, the take is rumored to be less than a 100k per mission. For this to be any sort of proper income, there is Thus the option of the team only bringing four. That is why these heist teams are important, because that way you have reliable people filling out every posistion. That way you get a fluent team that can effectively Work even without a microphone. This will mean you Waste less ammo. less time and so forth, doing the same thing over and over.
So why only representatives?
Because a heist team is super important. Muscle come and go and it is nearly impossible to keep track of them as the largest group of ours. Soldatos have proven their loyalty and are less prone to leave after the initiation. They have also read the website to find the code and thus know where to find info if asked to do so by their leader.
To join a heist team once we start posting them, you contact THE OFFICER RESPONSIBLE! Tell him why, what posistion you wanna fill and what timezone you got. The officer then tells you "Yes" or "No" along with a reason. If "Yes" he pass it on to the Don who adds it to the team.
Why do teams have officers in charge?
The Officers serve three vital purposes. First and foremost, they are authority, easy to find and strongly reliable in the crew. Second of all, internal struggle will be easily solved by that officer as he know his team and thus do not have to bother the done to fix the issues and three, all officers will be doing the heist together first before pulling it off with their team. This is to scope it out and develop an internal tactic so that we can all share experiences and do all we can to cut Down the time we use by using internal components to up our score. This will increase the Price we take and reduce the trouble.
On a side note it should be mentioned that for you to do a heist, you need at least 60 in the skill relevant to the job you wanna fill. Gunman - Shooting at 60. Escape driver - Driving at 60. Safecracker - Not yet established.
This, gentlemen, is organised crime.
