Expectations
We know that you have expectations for the crew. They are different most of the time. Some members look for fun, others for safety, some for the prestige and some just for the idea behind it. But did it ever strike you, that we also have expectations of you, as a member?
What we expect of you:
We expect you to be loyal to your fellow players. We do not demand of you to be the best friend of everyone in the crew, but we expect you to have some respect for the other members, and avoid insulting them.
We expect that you abide by the rules. None of us are of more worth than you as a human being, but we have rules for our little society for a reason! Part of it is based in the story of the crew, other rules simply to keep it warm and welcoming. Just as in any other society, not all rules seem to have a root in logic, but have been instated as a safety precaution.
We expect activity, or at least, to be informed of the lack of it so that we can vouch for you taking a spot in the crew, that could have been used by someone else.
We expect you to generally respect what you are told. We are not impressed by someone acting like Rambo or Ezio Auditoré. Be reasonable and accept that if you get a warning, or are told to be less aggressive, you should adhere to it.
We expect that you can be mature enough to handle your own problems. It is not that we do not want to help you if someone is getting on your nerves.. But each time an officer must divert his attention to assist you, it is attention lost towards important subjects such as determining our next move or handeling crew killer reports, online observations, recruitments and the likes. Most issues can be fixed with a simple "Sorry".
We expect that you accept people are different from you. In the Fedelta Family, we do not judge people based on skin color, sexual orientation, age or ideals. If people act racist or insult/threaten members of different views, we will terminate them because such is not acceptable in a modern day society.
Most of all, we expect you to dress the part and do your best to try and get a hold of items that we more or less consider a crew standard. This is to keep up the good looks and to keep us active, as we tempt others to join this little thing of ours!
